This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART's standards.This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management. Assist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operationsTrain and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targetsClosely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishmentControl stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shopliftingOwn visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest levelAssist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates' performance, and training new team membersPerform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reportingBe available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays3+ years full time experience in store management level~ Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills~ Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience~ Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets~ Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting~ Effective time management and task prioritization abilities~ Knowledge of visual merchandising techniquesFamiliarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID)
