ppOpdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years of experience. Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación. /ph3What will you help with? /h3ulliSupport MA transactions across multiple geographies. /liliUpdate MA pipeline and deal status in internal reporting tools. /liliConduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support potential acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. /liliBuild and review financial models to support investment and divestment decisions. /liliAssist in the preparation of investment memos and presentation materials for internal Committees and senior management. /liliPrepare investment memorandums, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders. /liliParticipate in the due diligence process, coordinating with external advisers (financial, legal, tax, and technical). /liliAnalyze market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive dynamics in the renewable energy sector. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (Project Finance, Development, Engineering, and Legal) to assess transaction feasibility and risk. /liliMonitor and support post-closing activities, ensuring the integration of acquired assets or divestment follow-up. /liliContribute to strategic initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and other corporate development activities. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
