We are a leading manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment with over 70 years of experience and a strong international presence.We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our International Sales Department in Abrera / Martorell (Barcelona).What you will doProvide administrative support to the Export Sales team.Process customer orders and manage order entry in our ERP system.Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.Handle customer and distributor inquiries via email and phone.Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.Coordinate with logistics, production, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.Assist with pricing, discounts, and commercial documentation.Support after-sales activities and help resolve customer issues.What we are looking forFluent English (C1 / Business level) – essential, as it is used daily.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial administration is an advantage.Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.Technical knowledge is not mandatorySchedule & Work-Life BalanceMonday – Thursday8:00 AM – 1:00 PM3:00 PM – 6:00 PMFriday7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (continuous shift)Summer Schedule (June, July & August)Continuous morning shift.What we offerPermanent contract.Full training on our products and internal procedures.The opportunity to work with customers and distributors from around the world.A stable company with more than 70 years of experience in the laboratory equipment industry.A collaborative and hands-on working environment.Monday to Friday schedule with intensive working hours on Fridays and during the summer months. xsgfvud The opportunity to develop your skills in international sales and customer support.
