The Project You will play a pivotal role in optimizing, digitizing, and transforming the Group's financial processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling teams to ensure that AWWG's financial systems not only support daily operations but also enable long‑term growth and efficiency. Responsibilities Analyze and improve financial processes across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling. Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring accurate financial reporting and integration with other modules. Manage key master data (chart of accounts, cost centres, internal orders, profitability segments). Provide functional support, resolve issues, and deliver user training to enhance SAP adoption. Participate in implementation, migration, and enhancement projects through all phases. Identify automation and standardisation opportunities to streamline operations. Drive continuous improvement by introducing process and system innovations aligned with SAP best practices. Stay current on S/4HANA Finance developments and share knowledge within the organization. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant (R/3 ECC or S/4HANA). Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly valued. Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes and configuration. Proven experience integrating SAP with third‑party systems (banks, cash collection tools, invoice posting platforms, etc.). Solid understanding of financial processes such as accounting entries, month‑end closing, and reporting. Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
