About the job We are looking for a B2B International Manager to lead Incapto’s international growth. This is a key position responsible for defining and executing our global expansion strategy, opening new markets, and consolidating the company's presence through strategic agreements with international distributors and partners. The selected candidate will manage remote teams and drive business development across multiple geographies, ensuring sustainable growth aligned with Incapto’s core value proposition. Key Responsibilities Define and execute Incapto’s B2B international expansion strategy. Identify, prioritize, and open new international markets. Source, negotiate, and close agreements with local distributors and partners. Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships with international partners. Lead and coordinate remote sales teams across different countries, as well as the local distribution team in Barcelona. Monitor market and partner performance (sales, margins, and growth). Tailor the value proposition to the unique characteristics of each market. . Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance) to ensure seamless implementation. Analyze markets, competition, and international trends to identify new opportunities. About you Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in international business development or similar roles. Experience managing distributors or indirect sales models. Experience leading sales teams, preferably in international and remote environments. Strong strategic thinking and a global business perspective. Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills. High proficiency in English (essential); additional languages will be highly valued. High availability to travel. Self-driven, results-oriented profile with an entrepreneurial mindset.
