Overview
In this role you will build cloud-native, AWS-based backend solutions for a greenfield platform. You work in a fast-growing, tech-focused team, owning end-to-end delivery with a DevOps mindset. You will solve diverse technical challenges for international users and contribute to a scalable, on-demand software environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a new product suite within Santander’s tech-driven organization.
ResponsabilidadesDesign, build, and deploy backend services using Java or Kotlin (Spring Boot).Develop and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS with production-grade reliability.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins, driving automated testing and deployment.Own features end-to-end in a true build-it-and-own-it culture with DevOps practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user, business, and technical challenges.Avoid cut-and-paste approaches; deliver innovative, cohesive software for a greenfield platform.
Requisitos principalesBackend development in Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot experience.Production deployment experience on AWS.Experience with automated build/test systems for CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins, etc).Strong Agile practices and a DevOps mindset.Fluent in English; good communication skills.Self-starter with ability to work independently and take ownership.strong communicationownershipability to deal with ambiguityJava or KotlinSpring BootKubernetes
