Job Description
Join us to build the exciting future of electrical systems engineering at Airbus Helicopter together. You will work in a multidisciplinary and autonomous team with the mission of creating innovative solutions to satisfy our customers, in an environment of trust. This adventure, based on listening and mutual assistance, will allow you to develop your technical know-how around embedded systems serving the industry. In an innovative digital environment at the cutting edge of technology, you will join a dynamic department in charge of the integration of electrical assemblies on our platforms. Your mission will consist of carrying out 3D studies for the integration of electrical harnesses in a DMU (Digital Mock Up) environment so that the safety and reliability of our helicopters are ensured.
Your challenges
3D creation of electrical harness routing with the CATIA V5 EHI module
Studies and positioning of harness supports
3D creation of interface drawings with the surrounding environment
Creation of manufacturing drawings for parts and equipment assemblies in 2D (CATIA V5)
Creation of manufacturing drawings for harnesses with CATIA V5 modules
Creation of harness installation documentation with 3DVia
Impact analysis in the event of modification
Interface with other departments / professions within the design office
Production support whether on the assembly line or in production centers
Guarantor of the QUALITY approach
Your profile
Holder of a university degree in the field of engineering/aeronautics or a related discipline.
Equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment
Creation of drawings for production
Usage of a DMU and 3D environment
Mastery of CATIA V5 software with specific electrical modules
Knowledge of the installation regulations for electrical equipment and devices in the aeronautical environment
You like working in a complex environment and accepting changes in priorities
Ability to step back and have an overview of a project
Soft Skills: methodology and rigor, team spirit and dynamism, transparent communication, having a positive attitude even in times of difficulty (being constructive), knowing how to work on a plateau
Language skills: Negotiation level in Spanish and advanced level in English and / or French.
