What you will do Work collaboratively with the global and local business stakeholders to enhance the CRM through process/problem analysis, requirements elicitation, functional specification documentation and change management. Support the technical team on solution design and validation, including test case reviews. Deliver platform integration demand from both Commercial Insurance and Corporate Life & Pensions stakeholders. Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to implement best‑in‑class CRM features. Drive usage and coverage of core entities to generate sales insight. What you will bring Strong business analysis and process analysis skills. Clear focus on customer needs. Ability to think creatively and collaboratively to solve business challenges. Excellent communication skills. Self‑motivated and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure. Experience in Agile projects. Experience in Commercial Insurance, particularly Customer & Distribution and/or Underwriting. Experience in integration projects, techniques and technology. Experience in CRM tools and processes, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability to work in distributed, international teams. Fluent English written and spoken skills.
