Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the business continuity program for SD Worx across Europe and Mauritius, aligning with the refreshed BCM framework. You will promote and embed resilient practices, supporting IT disaster recovery and enterprise risk management where capacity allows. You collaborate with cross‑country markets to develop plans, conduct training, and maintain policy documentation. You drive consistency, stakeholder engagement, and practical solutions to safeguard operations, data, and customer trust.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and roll out operational BCM training across countries with varying maturity
- Maintain annual operational BCM review and training schedule
- Support markets in developing and maintaining BC plans
- Support IT disaster recovery plans
- Maintain BC Policy and related customer-facing docs
- Align with ISO22301 and share best practices across the business
- Serve as primary contact for BC activities
- Respond to customer inquiries with corporate responses
- Support ERM activities when possibleResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years in business continuity or resilience
- Experience developing and conducting BC training (basic, desktop, full simulation)
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Working knowledge of ISO22301 framework
- Qualifications/certifications are a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
