We are seeking an experienced Business Controller to partner with operations in a high‐volume service environment, covering ISO certification, sustainability assessments, and cybersecurity services. This role focuses on driving pricing discipline, optimizing utilization, and ensuring financial robustness in an activity where scale, efficiency, and subcontracting management are critical.You will play a key role in ensuring margin sustainability, operational alignment, and financial discipline across a fast-paced and commercially driven business.Role PurposeTo safeguard and enhance margin performance by driving pricing rigor, monitoring utilization and efficiency, and ensuring that operational actions translate into measurable financial results.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Pricing & Margin ManagementEnsure strong pricing discipline across all service lines.Monitor margin performance at service and client level.Identify and address sources of margin leakage, including pricing gaps, subcontracting costs, and travel expenses.B. Utilization & Operational EfficiencyTrack and analyze utilization rates of auditors and inspectors.Support initiatives aimed at reducing non-billable time and optimizing travel patterns.Provide insights to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness across teams.C.
