Experteer Overview In this Data Analyst role within ING's Conversion and Underwriting Team of the Mortgages Tribe, you translate business needs into data-driven insights to boost conversion and customer satisfaction. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand services and data ecosystems, delivering actionable recommendations. Your analyses will inform detection of trends and opportunities to improve sales and reduce attrition. - Proactively connect with business areas to understand needs, services, and data ecosystem, delivering data-driven analyses and recommendations
- Perform descriptive analyses and diagnostics to generate insights that support decision-making and commercial results
- Analyze product trends to increase sales conversion and reduce product attrition
- Support and advise the business on reporting and analytical needs, communicating findings to stakeholders
- Participate in the Data Fluency Program to enhance data skills and collaboration across teamsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics or other analytical field
- Full proficiency in PowerBI, SAS, SQL and Excel
- 3–4 years of experience transforming data into business insights using statistical concepts
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across the organization
- Willingness to learn and improve technical and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset and structured, organized work style
