⚡ We are hiring: Business Developer – (T&D Team) ⚡At CHINT Electric, our T&D business keeps growing.We are looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our position in High Voltage, while keeping an eye on opportunities that go beyond transformers — including medium voltage solutions.This role is about expanding markets, building relationships and developing business opportunities across the HV (and MV) landscape:Identify new customers and markets in utilities, EPCs and industrial sectors.Develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders in T&D projects.Work closely with the technical and application engineering teams to turn specifications into business.⚡ Promote CHINT’s HV solutions (transformers, substations, AIS/GIS, switchgear).✅ RequirementsProven experience in business development or sales in the High Voltage or Medium Voltage industry .Strong understanding of T&D projects, EPCs and utilities .Technical background or ability to handle technical-commercial discussions.Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory).Availability to travel.Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, with strong networking skills.Location: Madrid (hybrid work model).Team: Transmission & Distribution (T&D).If you are ready to take on the challenge of expanding CHINT’s HV presence and shaping the future of T&D with us → Apply now!
