Other languages are valuable.Nice to haveValuable experience in technology consultingPay & benefitsWhat you'll get?In-house training and access to certifications?Check out our calendar here:?Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transport, childcare vouchers, restaurant cards)?Brand ambassador program through our referral planRefer your friends and earn extra rewards!?Events, meetups, techdays, talks… and much more!The roleDevelop business by participating in the acquisition of new clients and in the definition of new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the software lifecycle (AI for Software Engineering).Participate in commercial processes, leading the value proposition and the construction of offers in this field, in coordination with technical and delivery teams.Drive specific commercial initiatives oriented towards the adoption of solutions based on copilots and governed agents applied to software development.Work closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities in current and new clients, contributing to the growth of the pipeline associated with this transversal line.Strategy and portfolio management.Participate in the definition of the commercial and growth strategy associated with AI for Software Engineering, aligned with the company’s global strategy.Co-define, together with operations teams and other Lines of Business, the portfolio of services and offerings in this field, structured around services such as:Governance of copilots and agentsAI-assisted code generation, review, and modernizationAI-assisted QA and test automationOptimization of the software lifecycle through AIIdentify market needs and trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of the portfolio.How you'll work? 26 days of annual leave (22 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 24 and 31 December as company holidays by default)? Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.Partner and ecosystem managementManage the relationship with technological partners relevant to this line, both existing and new.Collaborate with managers of other Lines of Business in the management of already established partners.Identify, develop, and consolidate new strategic alliances specific to the field of AI applied to software development.Participate in co-selling initiatives and joint development of opportunities with technological partners.Internal coordination and transversalityAct as a reference in the field of AI for Software Engineering within the organization, working transversally with multiple LoBs.Coordinate with technical teams (BTS) responsible for the design and delivery of services, participating mainly in pre-sales and solution definition phases.Establish synergies with other Lines of Business to ensure a coherent positioning within the global portfolio.Economic and operational managementCollaborate in the definition and management of the budget associated with this line of activity, monitoring the fulfillment of objectives.Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan within your area of responsibility.Marketing and communicationIdentify and participate in events, initiatives, and activities related to Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication area.Support the generation of content and the positioning of the company in this field.Visa sponsorship: check with employer
