Risk managers work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer SupportWe're looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence at Revolut Bank UAB and to join our Payments & Customer Experience team. You'll protect our customers and ensure we proactively identify risks by bringing your analytical mindset, delving deep into root causes, and developing scalable approaches to risk management.Up for the challenge? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingIdentifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risksDesigning, implementing, and testing controlsDeveloping and testing key proceduresCreating and reviewing key risk indicators and business control indicatorsRegistering risk eventsManaging and delivering risk incident reportsCollaborating with service and product owners to ensure appropriate change management governance is in placeWorking closely with the second line of defence to keep policies updatedIdentifying areas for improvement in our risk management frameworks and solving problemsWhat you'll needA 2:1 degree from a top university3+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting in financial services operating in Europe xcskxlj Experience managing risks in payments, customer support, or service deliveryPrevious examples of practically interpreting and organising complex dataA solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)The ability to quickly assume responsibilitiesAn organised and methodological approachImpressive interpersonal skillsNice to haveExperience on a payments or operations team in financial servicesCompensation rangePoland: PLN19,600 - PLN23,000 gross monthly*Lithuania: €4,800 - €5,000 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
