At VISTA Investments, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (Spain) to take full financial ownership of our Spanish platform and act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership and our US-based finance team. This is a senior finance leadership role within a growing international hospitality investment and development group. The position is focused on financial ownership, governance, oversight and decision-making, rather than day-to-day accounting execution. Responsibilities As CFO for Spain, you will be accountable for the financial integrity, governance and performance of the Spanish business. You will lead the finance function with the support of a Head of Accounting, who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, closures and reporting execution. You will work closely with senior management and the US finance team in a complex multi-entity and SPV-based environment, helping scale financial governance as the platform continues to grow. Overall ownership of financial reporting, statutory compliance and data quality in Spain, ensuring accuracy and transparency through the Head of Accounting. Oversight of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance monitoring. Review and continuous improvement of financial planning, reporting and control processes. Financial analysis and insight to support senior management decision-making. Close collaboration with senior leadership on planning and financial priorities. Consolidation, treasury, liquidity and cash-flow management across entities and SPVs. Coordination of audits, tax compliance and external advisors. Leadership and structuring of the Spanish finance function. Close collaboration with the US finance team to ensure alignment and consistency. Qualifications Senior finance leader with experience in financial ownership, governance and control. Full professional English required. Experience in banking, investment or advisory roles. Hands-on operational accounting expertise.
