How You'll Make an Impact
Owning statutory accounting, governance, internal controls, and audit/tax interactions
Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team (internal or external); promoting accountability and continuous improvement
Leading full close cycles. Monthly/quarterly/annual; ensures accuracy and completeness
Overseeing and checking all balance sheet reconciliations (intercompany, AP/AR, bank, accruals, prepayments)
Ensuring the preparation of statutory financials per local GAAP for each country in the scope. Ensuring full compliance
Ensuring the preparation of consolidated accounts per IFRS. Ensuring full compliance
Preparing/providing data for VAT, CIT, WHT; cooperating with Corporate Tax, external advisors, and authorities
Primary audit liaison, managing full audit cycle
Developing, implementing, and enhancing internal controls and local accounting policies
Driving process optimization
Working with Treasury, Controlling, Corporate Finance, FP&A and business stakeholders
What Makes You a Great Fit
University degree
ACCA or equivalent
5+ years progressive accounting experience
Experience leading teams
International environment experience
Advanced Excel; English fluency
Experience in Financial services sector is advantageous
