We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Hands on Deck - First Mate to join our professional crew aboard a well-maintained 39m private motor yacht . This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being involved in all deck operations. Responsibilities include: Overseeing and participating in daily deck operations, maintenance, and washdowns Managing a small deck team and maintaining high standards of seamanship Assisting with navigation, watchkeeping, and tender operations Working closely with the Captain to ensure smooth running of the vessel Overseeing safety drills, Mini ISM/ISPS compliance, and general deck upkeep The ideal candidate: Holds OOW (Yacht < 3000GT) or minimum Yachtmaster Offshore Has strong tender driving and water sports experience Is practical, hardworking, and organized , with a positive, can-do attitude Enjoys being part of a close-knit, professional crew Previous experience on vessels 35m+ preferred Itinerary: Dual Season - Med & Carribean Package: Competitive salary, great crew environment, and opportunity for longevity If you’re a motivated team player or a Bosun looking to step up please apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
