What the role involves
Leading and managing the internal team across marketing, sales, and operations
Implementing KPIs, performance frameworks, and accountability structures across all departments
Driving commercial performance and a strong sales culture
Owning delivery quality and client outcomes
Improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency
Hiring, developing, and retaining high‑calibre people
Turning strategy into consistent, measurable execution
Who we are looking for
A proven operator, general manager, COO, or business owner with a track record of building or scaling a business to seven figures or beyond
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales, revenue, and growth
Experienced in leading teams and building a performance culture
Structured, KPI‑driven, and highly organised
Based in Malaga provence or willing to relocate, as this is a fully on‑site role
Useful background
Experience in marketing, agencies, or service‑based businesses
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Go High Level
Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
