Cvent experience. We are a global engagement marketing agency that creates human-centric touchpoints that unleash the power of people to deliver innovation and growth. Firm believers in the power of building community since 1987, we are helping brands, associations and not-for-profit organisations solve their key people challenges through our core expertise: Live & virtual events, Strategic & digital communications and Consulting & community solutions. We are an independently owned agency, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with a global presence of 60 offices in 31 countries. At MCI Spain, we are looking for a Client Solutions Project Manager who combines creativity, commercial thinking and project management to develop winning event solutions for national and international clients. This role sits at the heart of our proposal and business development process. You will lead the development of strategic proposals, design compelling event and incentive concepts, build competitive budgets, source the right partners and translate client objectives into solutions that stand out in the market. This is not an event delivery role. Your focus will be the journey from client brief to proposal submission and presentation, working closely with Sales and Operations to ensure every proposed solution is creative, commercially sound and operationally feasible. If you are passionate about crafting proposals, enjoy solving complex client challenges and know how to bring together destination expertise, creativity and commercial strategy, we would love to meet you. What will be your responsibilities? Lead proposal development from brief to submission: Manage multiple client opportunities simultaneously, translating RFPs and client briefs into compelling, well-structured proposals that balance creativity, feasibility and commercial viability. Design memorable event and incentive concepts: Create tailored programmes, experiences and destination solutions that respond directly to client objectives while showcasing the best of Spain’s destinations, venues and supplier network. Build and manage proposal budgets: Develop detailed costings, pricing structures and commercial recommendations, ensuring proposals are competitive, profitable and aligned with client requirements. Source and negotiate with suppliers: Identify the most suitable venues, hotels, experiences and specialist partners for each opportunity, securing strong commercial conditions without compromising quality or innovation. Shape proposals and pitch presentations: Turn complex information into clear, persuasive client-facing materials, combining strategic storytelling, strong presentation structure and accurate operational detail. Act as a trusted client consultant: Participate in briefing calls, proposal presentations, site inspections and solution-development discussions, helping clients identify the right approach while representing MCI’s expertise and value. Collaborate across teams and borders: Work closely with Sales, Operations, destination specialists and international MCI colleagues to ensure proposed solutions are realistic, operationally sound and aligned with MCI standards. Drive innovation and continuous improvement: Stay current on industry trends, destinations, sustainability, technology and AI tools, bringing fresh thinking into proposals and improving the efficiency and quality of the solution-development process. Maintain pipeline and proposal visibility: Manage timelines, documentation, CRM updates and internal reporting so that stakeholders have clear visibility throughout the sales cycle. Why MCI? Good reasons why you want to work with us Flexibility that truly empowers you: Design your workday with adaptable hours and enjoy up to three home-office days each week because we trust you to balance life and work in the way that suits you best. Equality as a core value: We guarantee fair pay, no gender gap, and provide a permanent contract from day one so you can count on stability and fairness. Collaboration without barriers: Your skills matter more than your title; we embrace a flathierarchy and shared leadership. Autonomous learning and development plan: Free access to more than 1000 courses in our powerful learning platform Switch AI, learning weeks to boost our continuous learning culture, specific training according to your development plan and a mentoring programme with MCI colleagues around the world. Work smart and live well: From paddle to running internal clubs, free breakfast every Monday, fresh fruit, speciality coffee every day, afterworks, and regular creative and wellbeing activities. Plus, our two big annual parties and maybe more. Time to recharge: We offer 23 paid vacation days per year, plus extra time off for your birthday, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and free worldwide travel insurance. Unique projects and global exposure: Take part in extraordinary projects and international experiences that will broaden your horizons and connect you with diverse cultures and industries.
