Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Operations Engineer (CPO) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cloud platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the cloud platform on a daily basis Monitor system performance and ensure platform availability Handle incidents and perform troubleshooting to restore services quickly Support backup and restore processes to ensure data integrity Perform operational maintenance and system health checks Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve operations Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and operational processes Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in cloud operations and observability Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar Experience with backup and restore processes Strong Linux and systems administration background Solid troubleshooting and incident response skills Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in 24x7 production environments Familiarity with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools Strong communication and teamwork skills If you are passionate about cloud operations, system reliability, and maintaining high-performing environments, we would love to hear from you.
