Overview
In this role you drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding Zendesk’s footprint in Spain and Portugal from Madrid base. You’ll combine prospecting with strategic account planning to win new business and deepen existing partnerships through cross-sell opportunities. You will leverage product knowledge and data-driven insights to align Zendesk solutions with client goals, managing complex, multi-month deals and executive sponsorship.

Requisitos principalesBA/BS degree or equivalent experience4+ years in cloud/software B2B/AI sales or solution engineering with a track record of exceeding targetsProven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and renewals with PoCsExperience selling to C-level executivesStrong presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsExperience creating territory and account plansEntrepreneurial mindset, collaborative spirit, growth driveFamiliarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic and LookerAbility to travel to customer locationsSpanish and English required; Portuguese is a plusstrong communication skillsexcellent negotiation and presentation abilitiescollaborative mindsetSalesforceOutreachClari
