About the Role
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, creating personalized experiences.
Provide recommendations and handle reservations for dining, entertainment, spa, and transportation.
Coordinate with hotel departments and vendors to meet guest needs seamlessly, including VIP and bespoke services.
Stay informed about local attractions and assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities and services.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
1–2 years in luxury hotel concierge or customer service; experience in 5‑star hotels preferred.
Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel).
Fluent in English & Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
