Oversee and collaborate with external legal advisors in multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistency and compliance. Monitoring of applicable EU and national laws in areas affecting Volotea’s business, such as advertising and consumer protection. Stay ahead of new consumer law regulations and case law across Volotea’s markets, adjusting strategies as needed. Draft, review, and advise on B2B and B2C contracts, including service agreements, promotions, and commercial policies to safeguard company interests. What will make you succeed in this position:Law Degree– Essential for providing expert legal counsel and ensuring compliance. 2+ years of legal experience in consumer law – Preferably in aviation, handling consumer law matters. Regulatory expertise– Strong understanding of consumer protection laws and compliance in multiple jurisdictions. Fluent in English (spoken and written). French or Italian will be also valued. Business-oriented legal mindset– Ability to assess risks, strategize solutions, and align legal decisions with company goals. Team player– Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and external legal partners.
