What we are looking We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Senior Project Manager. Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing information technology projects and processes in our organization in Iberia. What will you do on a day-to-day basis Execute plans for improved business functions through technological advances. Define common project management methodology based on project management best practices, tailored with GXO's own IT project lifecycle framework. Manage complex projects, including the staff assigned, during the course of a project—checking against initial requirements. Establish how technology can contribute to business objectives using techniques such as producing business models, preparing business cases, usability requirements analysis, and usability evaluation. Identify and obtain agreement on the most beneficial requirements/features for the business. Ensure compliance with best practices by selecting appropriate standards, methods, tools, and applications. Identify and raise issues impacting the execution of strategic, operational, or project activities. Understand overall Enterprise Architecture and assess the conformance of existing and new business processes. Communicate fluently both orally and in writing, presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences. Plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time and quality targets according to relevant procedures. Liaise with the IT corporate team and act as a business relationship leader. What you need to succeed at GXO : 5 years of proven experience in IT Project Management through the end-to-end Project Lifecycle (Experience in the Logistics Business is a plus). High level of English (C1) & Spanish, both written and spoken. Stakeholder relationship management; Business Analysis; requirements gathering and documentation; designing test scripts; executing testing phases.
