Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Corporate Lawyer, based in Barcelona, Madrid or Tenerife. The Corporate Lawyer will handle a variety of legal tasks including client company formation and ensuring initial compliance, drafting contracts, providing expert advisory on business and corporate law, and assisting in fiscal migration, obtaining VISAs, real estate conveyancing and regulatory matters. The role requires close collaboration with accounting, tax, and payroll professionals to ensure comprehensive services for international clients establishing businesses in Spain. Qualifications Expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Business Law Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation Ability to learn new rigorous processes and execute accordingly.
