About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, personable, and highly organized individual to join our coworking space team on a part-time morning schedule as of May 1st. This role combines front-desk administration, executive support and community engagement. You’ll be a key presence in the space, helping create a welcoming, well-organized, and social environment for our members.LocationMahón, MenorcaJob TypePart-time (mornings)Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Member ExperienceWelcome and assist members and visitors in a friendly, professional mannerHandle calls, emails, and general inquiriesEnsure the space is tidy, organized, and invitingAdministrative & Executive SupportPerform general administrative tasksProvide executive assistant support (both business and personal tasks)Run errands such as post office pickups, package handling, and other ad hoc dutiesMarketing, CRM & CommunicationAssist with basic social media tasksSupport member communications and updatesUpdate and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracyExtract and report on basic performance metrics (e.g. occupancy, member activity, leads)Community & EventsHelp foster a positive and engaged coworking communitySupport the organization of small events and networking activitiesActively engage with members and encourage participationRequirementsFluent in English (required)Additional languages are a plusMust have own transportTech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, social media platforms)Previous experience in admin, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsComfortable handling a mix of professional and personal assistant responsibilitiesPersonal QualitiesFriendly, outgoing, and confident with peopleReliable, proactive, and hands-onFlexible and solution-orientedDetail-oriented and organizedCompany DescriptionIsla House is a premier coworking space in Menorca, catering to remote workers, freelancers, and digital nomads.
