We are looking for a Creative strategist to support our growth into a comprehensive media strategy partner for our clients. /ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are looking for a performance-driven bCreative Strategist /b to lead content strategy and creative production for paid social channels, including bMeta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat /b. /ppYou will be responsible for developing high-performing acquisition and awareness creatives, collaborating closely with the paid media team to translate data into scalable strategies that drive measurable growth. /ppWe are looking for someone passionate about performance-driven storytelling, UGC ecosystems, AI-powered creative workflows, and scaling winning concepts. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppPaid Social Creative Strategy /pulliOwn the creative strategy for acquisition and awareness campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat. /liliDevelop performance-driven content frameworks aligned with core KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Hook Rate, etc.). /liliTranslate campaign performance data into actionable creative insights and iteration plans. /liliCollaborate with campaign managers to identify testing opportunities and scale winning concepts. /li /ulpbr/ppbBriefing Concept Development /b /pulliBuild clear, insight-driven creative briefs for internal teams and external creators. /liliLead concept ideation based on data, audience, campaign goals and platform trends. /liliEnsure alignment between brand positioning, performance goals, and key messaging. /liliDevelop content angles for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion). /li /ulpbr/ppbData Performance Analysis /b /pulliAnalyze creative performance data to identify patterns and winning elements. /liliEstablish structured testing roadmaps (hooks, angles, formats, UGC variations). /liliDefine and lead the end-to-end creative testing strategy /liliContinuously optimize messaging, visual formats, and storytelling approaches based on insights. /liliReport on creative performance and propose scaling strategies. /li /ulpbr/ppbUGC Creator Management /b /pulliLead UGC strategy across platforms. /liliIdentify, onboard, and manage creators and UGC collaborators. /liliHandle communication, briefing, feedback loops, and content approvals. /lilibPlus: /b Experience with AI-generated UGC creation using tools such as bArcads AI /b (or similar platforms) to scale performance-driven video production efficiently. /li /ulpbr/ppbAI Creative Production Tools /b /pulliLeverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content production and testing velocity. /liliHands-on experience with tools such as: , Smartly, Creatify, Canva, Runway, NanoBanana, Veo3 or similar platforms for static and video asset creation. /liliOptimize workflows to produce high-quality statics and video assets efficiently. /liliStay ahead of emerging creative AI trends and integrate them into production pipelines. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbCross-Functional Collaboration /b /pulliWork closely with the growth and paid social marketing team to align creative, testing and optimization strategies. /liliCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for briefing creation, feedback management and reporting. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulli3+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid social. /liliStrong understanding of social media advertising ecosystems. /liliProven track record of scaling paid social campaigns through creative testing. /liliDeep knowledge of UGC formats and platform-native storytelling. /liliExperience managing creators and UGC production workflows. /liliStrong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting performance metrics and turning insights into action. /liliHands on experience with AI creative tools and automation platforms. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and clients and testing pipelines simultaneously. /liliExcellent communication and briefing skills. /li /ul
