Imagine yourself at Ogilvy.
Imagine being part of a team where creative ambition, strong judgement and the drive to make the work, and the people behind it, better are at the heart of everything we do.
A place to develop ideas with potential, collaborate with different teams, take part in pitches and embrace new creative challenges.
Can you imagine yourself here? Then come and join the team.
We are looking for a Creative Supervisor with creative ambition, strong judgement and a drive to elevate both the work and the people behind it. Someone capable of leading a pitch, managing dynamic teams and collaborating with Strategy, Account, Content and Social departments.
A profile capable of developing ideas with festival potential and approaching pitches with hunger and ambition. Preferably with a Copy background, or an Art background with a strong focus on conceptualisation.
What will you be doing?
Lead projects from brief to execution, ensuring the quality of the idea and every piece of work.
Inspire and support the team through clear direction, valuable feedback and space to contribute ideas.
Play a key role in pitches: develop proposals and build strong, compelling presentations.
Identify creative opportunities in the day-to-day work and push ideas with the potential to compete at festivals.
Present and defend the work to clients, connecting creative ambition with their business objectives.
Collaborate with Strategy, Account and Production teams to bring ideas to their best possible version.
What will you bring?
Solid agency experience.
Drive and ambition.
A portfolio featuring strong ideas, brand thinking and excellence in execution.
Experience in pitches and an understanding of the level of work competing at major creative festivals.
Curiosity about culture, platforms and new tools, with the judgement to turn them into creative opportunities.
Strong written and spoken English.
And since you'll give this and much more, we also want to give you much more:
A dynamic and creative work environment.
High-profile clients and international brands.
Full-time position.
Hybrid format: 2 or 3 days in the office / 2 or 3 days remote work.
Christmas, Easter, July, and August: FULL REMOTE.
Flexible hours.
Permanent contract with a six-month trial period.
22 working days of vacation per year + 12 extra days!
Optional access to flexible compensation (health insurance, transportation, meals, and childcare).
Ogilvy Wellness Program: Free psychological, legal, and financial support service. Discounts on physiotherapy and gyms.
Ogilvy is recognized with the Family-Responsible Company (EFR) certification for its commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
