You will work in various systems to solve challenges as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance.QualificationsExperience in customer service would be an advantageFluent in Norwegian, both spoken and writtenProficient in English, both spoken and writtenGood knowledge of data/technologyPersonal qualitiesIn terms of personal qualities, you are someone who values good work ethics and has strong teamwork skills. You excel in communication and are comfortable working both individually and in a team, as well as being at ease with data and the phone as work tools.
