Overview
In this role you are the main contact for customers, sales teams, and distributors from inquiry to delivery. You will coordinate quotations, orders, logistics, and export activities to ensure a smooth customer experience. You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage documentation, data, and payments while upholding company policies. You’ll handle international orders across North Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other markets, contributing to reliable and efficient order execution. This is a dynamic, global role that shapes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
ResponsabilidadesCommunicate daily with customers, sales teams, and agents about inquiries, orders, projects, claims, and product documentationPrepare quotations, proforma invoices, and customer documentationCoordinate sample requests and technical information with internal departmentsMaintain customer, pricing, contract, and product data in SAPProcess customer orders, issue order confirmations, and monitor deliveriesCoordinate transport and export logistics (road, sea, air)Prepare export and customs documentation and liaise with freight forwarders, customs, banks, and regulatorsSupport payment processes, letters of credit, and credit control activitiesResolve customer complaints and claims with timely follow-upCollaborate with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, Compliance, and FinanceEnsure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and internal proceduresSupport international customers across North Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other global markets
Requisitos principales1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or similar rolesFluency in English and FrenchExperience with SAP and Salesforce is highly preferredKnowledge of logistics, transportation, and export documentation is preferredExperience in International Business is preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced international environmentStrong communicationOrganizational skillsProblem-solvingSAPSalesforceExport documentation and logistics knowledge
