We are looking for enthusiastic German-speaking customer support professionals with fluent English for a new opportunity in Málaga, working in the tourism industry. Location: Málaga, Spain Sector: Tourism Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer calls in German language and English Assist with bookings, upgrades, and general travel inquiries Handle cases using internal tools and systems Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Manage reservations with a sales-oriented mindset Language Requirements German language – C2 English language – C1 Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of sales experience Sales-driven and confident with handling reservations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting Employment Terms Permanent contract after a trial period of 2 months.
