Fast and easy recruitment process Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 We’re looking for a German-speaking Technical Customer Support to join an on-site team in Barcelona, supporting a well-known brand in the fashion industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for dealers and end users, providing technical assistance and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across phone and email channels. You will work in a dynamic, people-focused environment with access to full training, modern tools, and long-term career development opportunities. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, accurate solutions Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems Requirements: Proficient or bilingual level of German (C2) Advanced level of English (B2/C1) Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support (mandatory requirement) Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs Ability to take ownership of cases and progress them to resolution Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Willingness to learn and grow within a technical support role What We Offer: Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week) Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Salary package: €20,500 gross/year Performance bonus: up to €2,000 gross/year Modern, central office location in Barcelona Fully paid training on the company and the project Career development programs and specialised training courses Supportive, international work environment Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required.
