Join Our Team – Norwegian Customer Support Specialist

At Zahoree Company, we are expanding our international support team and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to support customers in the Norway. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with innovative technology, and delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our international customers, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their smart home devices.
Provide technical support in Norwegian, as well as English, via phone, email, and remote assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to smart home devices.
Assist customers with the installation, setup, and configuration of their systems.
Document technical issues and solutions to improve future service.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex cases and continuously improve support processes.
Fluent Norwegian (required).
Good level of English.
Passion for technology and customer support.
Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
Experience supporting international customers.
