As a Customer Support Specialist, you will become an expert in Lodgify software, providing top‑tier support via phone, email, or chat. Your mission is to help customers set up and grow their vacation‑rental business by troubleshooting issues, guiding them, and reporting insights to improve our platform.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
Provide support via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot general technical problems on our platform.
Report customer feedback to relevant teams and follow up as needed.
Document any software bugs for continuous improvement.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
Experience in technical customer support or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem‑solving.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Experience with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
Availability to work on weekends.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
