We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing and extending Sales and Customer Service modules, building custom features, and integrating automation across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Build and maintain custom plugins, Actions, Workflows, and Custom Actions using C#.
Create and optimise Power Automate flows for end-to-end process automation.
Develop and maintain PCF components using React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service).
Proven ability to develop Plugins, Custom Actions, and CRM extensions.
In‑depth knowledge of Power Automate for automation and workflow design.
Solid experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) – especially using React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI.
