YOUR OPPORTUNITYAs Manager, Data and Analytics, you are leading the design and build of analytics products focused in the associated region and functions assigned. Your role is to support the region and/or functions in defining, designing and implementing analytics products in support of the overall Bacardi data and analytics strategy.About YouYou will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and adoption of all analytics products for your assigned region and/or functions. You will deliver key performance targets for the tech services function related to data and analytics. You will build and maintain effective relationships with key business partners and the tech leadership team, and work with internal and external partners to ensure standards and best practices are followed in the development and support of analytics products.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for full delivery and ownership of end-state analytics products, including cross‑team coordination within DnA and broader Tech to staff analytics pods for product build.Collaborate with Project Management Organization on planning, budget tracking and documentation.Shared accountability for solution architecture and design.Lead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and participate in Functional Leadership teams for identification and prioritization of analytics products.Work closely with DnA team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancement and maintenance requests as needed.Coordinate with BRM’s and business partners to provide timely updates and to manage risks or support requirements.Inform global data and analytics portfolio team about all requests/initiatives/ongoing work.Assist operations team with issues or changes to production analytics products for which they owned delivery.Lead post‑delivery adoption and value‑realization measurement and documentation, leveraging change management and user adoption teams in partnership with Business Owners.Serve as primary point of contact with spoke teams in applicable functions and/or regions.Participate in evaluation of emerging data and analytics technologies and tools.Work with vendors to support ongoing projects and operations, maximizing the value of key partnerships and ensuring they meet business requirements and SLAs, taking corrective actions when necessary.Align service requirements, measures and scorecards with partners.SkillsProduct management/ownership skills.Deep business knowledge of the associated region and/or functional areas, understanding strategy and processes.Ability to translate business strategy into technical/build requirements for analytics products.Technical knowledge of data structures, architecture, visualization principles/tools and data analysis/exploration techniques.Knowledge of analytics platforms, primarily SAP and Microsoft.Highly collaborative with strong change agility.Effective communication to top management and end‑users.Manage, mentor and coach a team, directly and through influence.Understanding of IT governance and operations, IT controls (privacy, security).Experience in platform and solution architecture.Experience in project and team management.Exposure to different market dynamics/specificities/cultures.Experience in crisis management and matrix organization.Strong ability to work remotely, monitor process, progress and results.Advanced level of English required.Personal QualitiesStrong capacity to create a culture of belonging.High self‑awareness, reflective, understanding personal strengths and impact on others.Ability to navigate people and tough situations to harness collective performance.Consistent delivery of results, inspiring teams, exhibiting confidence.Critical thinking to penetrate complex problems and expand possibilities.Strategic thinking with execution focus and creativity.Growth and learning mindset, ready to test, learn and apply insights.Leadership AgilityFearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.Same qualities listed under Personal Qualities.DisclaimerBacardi seeks talent from all backgrounds to bring diversity of thought, agility and capability to our organization across the globe.
