Data Analyst (Mid or Senior) Remote First | Spain or Portugal | Contract to Permanent Contract Details • Type: Freelance / Contract / B2B / Autonomo • Length: 3 months initial contract with conversion to permanent employment • Location: Remote first (Spain or Portugal) • Language: English • Start: ASAP • Interview process: 2 Stage Are you a product-focused Data Analyst who thrives on turning experimentation and user data into real product growth? We’re partnering with a fast-scaling European wellness platform that is investing heavily in its Product Analytics capability. This is a remote-first contract-to-perm opportunity where your insights will directly influence feature development and product strategy. Key responsibilities: • Generate actionable insights that directly influence product and commercial decisions • Identify friction points in user journeys and support evidence-based product discovery • Build and maintain robust SQL-based data models • Design, analyse and interpret A/B tests end-to-end • Ensure data quality and collaborate with engineering to resolve root causes • Create clear, narrative-driven dashboards using tools such as Looker or Hex • Translate complex findings into stakeholder-ready recommendations What We’re Looking For: • Strong experience in Product Analytics within a digital or tech-driven environment • Advanced SQL and solid data modelling capability • Experience with BigQuery, dbt or similar modern data stack tools • Hands-on ownership of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing • Ability to explain statistical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with tracking tools such as Segment or GA4 • Python exposure for advanced analysis is a plus If this is of interest, please apply below.
