You'll own project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring technical excellence while fostering team collaboration. Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related tech field Experience: 3+ years leading data‐focused projects as Project Manager/Scrum Master Technical: Proven track record with data platforms (SQL, cloud analytics, ETL pipelines) Languages: Professional fluency in English (C1+) Core Competencies Negotiation: Navigate competing priorities between business and technical teams Communication: Present complex data concepts to non‐technical executives Leadership: Inspire distributed teams through change and uncertainty Empathy: Understand stakeholder challenges to build trust and buy‐in Manage end‐to‐end data projects (warehousing, BI, ML initiatives) using Agile/Scrum Coordinate data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across multiple time zones Translate business needs into technical roadmaps with clear milestones Mitigate risks and resolve blockers to maintain project velocity Champion best practices in data governance and quality Join our dynamic team of talented people and discover a world full of growth and opportunity.
