Lead Data Architect Role We are seeking an experienced Data Strategy Lead to spearhead our data ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of strategic vision with hands-on architecture and analytics delivery. Data Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy in alignment with business objectives. Develop a multi-year roadmap for data platforms, tools, and frameworks. Data Infrastructure & Architecture Design and oversee data warehouse, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across the organization. Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead the Business Intelligence function, selecting and implementing reporting and analytics tools. Translate business questions into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making. Data Governance & Quality Establish governance standards, policies, and processes to ensure data integrity. Lead data quality initiatives and track performance over time. Team Management & Leadership Mentor and manage a high-performing data team, fostering collaboration and growth. Build strong relationships with contractors and external partners. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Stay updated on emerging technologies (ML/AI, automation) and their applications. Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation, driving continuous improvement.
