Tasks: General platform management: incidents, requests, changes, problems, and root cause analysis (RCA). Direct communication with end clients as required. On-call phone support. Collaboration in platform improvement plans. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Daily/weekly verification of SQL and Oracle job statuses. Daily review of database statuses. Verification of storage availability and space for database-related disks (excluding C and quorum drives). Review of SQL and Oracle server error logs. Index rebuild/reorganization.
