Drive cultural evolution and foster a digital-first mindset by empowering teams with advanced digital capabilities, aimed at enhancing productivity and performance. Prepare the organization for future challenges by embedding innovative practices and ensuring sustainable transformationKey Accountabilities:Shape GPD DD&T People transformation strategy aligned with GPD goalsDrive the execution and adoption of DD&T People transformation strategy and initiativesEstablish DD&T People transformation communityEstablish governance for DD&T people initiatives – Global, GPD, Functions and LOCsDrive innovation mindset and skills in collaboration with XD labsCo-create and drive change management to ensure adoption of digital tools, methodologies and ways of working and showcase successesPartner with GPD CoEs to define, align and implement people strategies. Work with Global to equip and support leaders to effectively champion and embed digital mindset and skillsOverarching strategy alignment for Digital DexteritySet and apply innovative learning methodologies and effective cascade of Global resources for targeted groupsEstablish KPIs and measurement framework to demonstrate impact.Track emerging trends in future of work, benchmarking industry best practices and identifying new opportunities for innovationProvide digital perspective on talent strategy, collaborate with HR to shape future skills to meet the evolving needs of the businessWork closely with Global Culture & Transformation team, Change Mangement, workforce of the future and HR functionsSkills and Qualifications :Relevant Degree or equivalent experience in organizational development or Digital transformationExtensive experience in driving Transformation, ideally in global matrix organizationEnterprise Leadership - Ability to inspire, motivate and drive results.
