Sailing yacht experience is highly valued; however, candidates from motor yachts will be considered provided they are genuinely keen to transition to sailing yachts as a career move, not as a last resort.The Deckhand should be confident working independently, responsible, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
