Overview
In this role you will drive reliability and safety in modular data center design, embedding DfSR principles across multiple squads. You will assess critical design elements and develop risk plans to enhance safety, robustness, and reliability. You’ll work within a cross-functional Data Center team to uphold quality and customer satisfaction, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role offers impact through shaping robust, scalable modular data center solutions.

ResponsabilidadesLead the deployment of Design for Reliability and Robustness (DfSR) processes, tools, and software across multiple product squadsChampion the integration of safety and reliability principles into design practices, fostering a culture of excellenceAssess critical design elements and develop risk assessment plans focused on safety, robustness, and reliability
Requisitos principalesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering; advanced degrees in Reliability Engineering are a plusMinimum 5 years of experience in engineering or quality roles with a strong focus on Design for Reliability (DfSS, DfSR) and data center systems, especially modular data centersProficiency in ReliaSoft tools and experience in Agile product development environmentsStrong customer orientation and application knowledgeExcellent intercultural communication and collaboration skillsDesirable: DfSS Certifications (CSSGB or CSSBB), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Experience with Design FMEA developmentCustomer orientationIntercultural communicationCollaboration skillsDesign for Reliability (DfSR)DfSS (DFSS)ReliaSoft tools
