Telco Infrastructure provisioning, supporting all onboarding related tasks
Supporting Telco LZ services EC2/VMs, Cloud Networking, Security, Docker and Kubernetes etc.
Monitoring LZ services, health, availabilities, CloudWatch etc.
Following all ITSM processes through UTS and later through Helix and Incident/Change/Onboarding trackers
Support to root cause analysis in case of incidents
Following Telco LZ working model through Jira, Confluence to updated progress status and reporting
Execution of changes (tasks related to affected cloud components)
Hands-on expertise in AWS/Google Cloud Infrastructure Architecture
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and building AWS/GOOGLE cloud services
Architectural expertise in Kubernetes for containerization
