We provide services in over 50 countries across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, operating from our 9 own offices worldwide.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced DevOps Platform Lead to own the operations of our SDLC and DevOps platforms. You will be responsible for platform governance, CI/CD strategy, security compliance, and continuous improvement of tooling and processes.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage SDLC/DevOps platform operationsDefine and enforce platform governance and standardsOversee CI/CD strategy and pipeline managementEnsure security and compliance, including vulnerability management and CVE remediationManage and maintain DevOps tooling such as GitLab, Jenkins, and ArtifactoryDrive platform improvements and operational excellenceRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and related SDLC toolingCI/CD governance experience and platform ownership mindsetKnowledge of DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management, and CVE remediationAbility to define standards and drive continuous platform improvementsPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading platform or DevOps engineering teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesIf you are passionate about DevOps platforms and enjoy leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency and security, we would love to hear from you.
