The responsibility of this team is to provide the best solution for the implementation of a new loan onboarding customer journey, considering market behaviors and needs, regulations, cost reduction and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Your key responsibilities
Be part of the delivery team, responsible for defining functional requirements, launchand maintain anattractive product& service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction.
You are representing the “voice of the customer”, with focusoncontinuously improvingcustomerjourneys we are offering.
You leadtoprovidea differentiating experience for ING’s customers at optimal value and profitability for ING
You are the “Business Guardian” of your product/service working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies

Master or bachelor’s degree around 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
Customer focused and results-oriented person.
Strong English is a must have. Ability to work at an international level
Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills.
Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.
Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences.
Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.
Risk Management skills, identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.
Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise
Tech: Although not mandatory, some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team. With knowledge of core banking systems and process.

¿Qué buscamos?
Máster o grado con unos 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos.
Persona enfocada en el cliente y orientada a resultados.
Inglés sólido, imprescindible. Capacidad para trabajar a nivel internacional.
Comunicación clara: excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Colaboración en remoto: capacidad para colaborar con miembros del equipo en distintos husos horarios y con antecedentes culturales diversos.
Sensibilidad intercultural y empatía: ser consciente de las diferencias culturales dentro del equipo offshore fomenta un entorno de trabajo positivo y armonioso.
Adaptabilidad: ser flexible y capaz de ajustarse a circunstancias cambiantes y diferencias horarias.
Prioritización: fuertes habilidades de priorización para asegurar que el equipo se centre en entregar resultados de alto impacto.
Habilidades de Risk Management: identificar riesgos potenciales en un entorno offshore y aplicar medidas para mitigarlos asegura una ejecución más fluida del proyecto.
Gestión de deadlines: gestionar eficazmente el tiempo y los plazos para mantener el desarrollo en marcha y entregar el producto en los tiempos previstos.
Stakeholder Management: implicar y gestionar a las personas stakeholders de manera eficaz para conseguir resultados exitosos.
Resolución de problemas: fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas, capaces de enfrentar los retos y obstáculos que puedan surgir.
Tech: aunque no es obligatorio, se valora conocimiento técnico que facilite la comunicación y el entendimiento entre la persona Product Owner y el equipo de desarrollo. Con conocimiento de sistemas core banking y procesos.
Pasión por la innovación, las nuevas tendencias de mercado y una mentalidad orientada al futuro.
