OverviewThe mission of the Digital Marketing CDMO Lead is to design, execute, and continuously optimize multichannel digital marketing initiatives in alignment with the global marketing strategy. The objective of the role is to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads within a global B2B environment focused on pharmaceutical development and manufacturing services.This role acts as the functional owner of digital channels and Marketing Cloud, ensuring consistency between marketing initiatives and the business’s commercial objectives.ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing PlanDefine and execute the digital marketing plan in close coordination with the Head of Marketing CDMO, ensuring that all initiatives are fully aligned with the global marketing strategy and the CDMO’s business objectives.CDMO WebsiteImplement and optimize the corporate website as a lead‑generation channel, aligned with the defined strategy and priorities.Marketing CloudManage and operate Marketing Cloud as the central platform for campaigns, automation, and nurturing.Digital Channels (Social Media & Others)Manage digital content and brand‑visibility campaigns, while continuously monitoring market and competitive trends.Paid Media & Demand GenerationDeploy paid media and demand generation campaigns aligned with the messages, markets, and priority services defined in the global marketing plan.Marketing KPIs OptimizationMonitor and report digital marketing KPIs, providing analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.ReportingCreation of regular reports for the team on campaign performance and digital strategic analysis of competitors.Ad‑hoc reports for specific meetings with account managers and business development teams.Organization Chart & Job RelationshipsLine ManagerHead of Marketing CDMO BusinessExternal RelationshipsMedia agenciesMarketing agenciesJob ProfileRequired StudiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Strategy (a plus).Other Specialized KnowledgeB2B digital marketing and demand generation.Marketing Cloud / marketing automation platforms (ownership level).CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Google Analytics).SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization.LanguagesEnglish: C1Professional ExperienceFrom 3–5 years in a similar role within the chemical‑pharmaceutical sector.
