THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
Santander Wealth Management & Insurance is looking for a Digital Marketing Sr Analyst to play a multitasking key role in the transformation of one of Santander’s five global businesses across the countries where it operates.
This position will report to the Global Head of Marketing & Comms of WM&I and will be based at Santander’s headquarters in Boadilla (Madrid). The role will work closely with global, local teams, agencies and Marketing and Comms corporate teams.
What You’ll Bring
As Digital Marketing Sr Analyst, your role will be to drive and implement the division´s digital projects in close relationship and collaboration with the Private Banking, Santander Asset Management & Insurance teams (global & local); and you will serve as the primary liaison with the corporate marketing & Comms teams for all the division´s digital projects.
Professional Required Experience
The position requires a proven track record in digital marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of all key areas – from SEM, SEO, GEO, Paid, Social Media, agency management etc. – across a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact, including:
Demonstrated experience with paid media and analytics platforms.
Social Media: Proven experience in managing corporate social media profiles.
Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights and translate them into optimization decisions and CRO full funnel strategies.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, bid optimization and ROI maximization across multiple channels and markets.
Experience working in large, multinational, matrix organizations, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Ability to positively influence peers and mid‑management through data, clarity and collaboration.
Experience leading and coordinating cross‑functional teams and agency partners, even without formal people management responsibility.
Given the cross fun‑functional nature of the position across all divisional projects, expertise in Media relations, Behavioral Economics, etc. will be highly regarded.
Teamwork proactivity and the flexibility to handle diverse departmental tasks according to situational needs are essential and indispensable for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in Digital marketing roles.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field. (Required)
MBA or postgraduate studies will be valued. (Preferred)
Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish. (Required)
Portuguese will be valued. (Preferred)
Hard Skills
Highly analytical and detail‑oriented, with the ability to detect subtle performance drivers and trends. (Required)
Experience working in international and multicultural environments will be valued. (Required)
Strong knowledge and a holistic view of digital marketing strategies and skills. (Required)
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; a collaborative, people‑oriented profile. (Preferred)
