The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, ideally with AI, automation, or digital platforms.Knowledge of Conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, and knowledge base management.Experience defining product roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.Ability to convert business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.Experience integrating products with enterprise systems (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).Collaboration with UX/UI teams on personas, journeys, and conversational flows.Familiarity with cloud environments, security, and scalability considerations.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.Data-driven approach with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.Strong presentation skills for leadership and governance forums.Fluent English.
