Position Overview
We are looking for a Consulting Director to ensure delivery excellence, global project consistency, and trusted client relationships across the French-speaking market, working closely with CGI France and Switzerland. Supervise, structure, and elevate execution across a portfolio of IT and consulting projects, supporting Project Managers with strategic vision, governance, arbitration, and coaching, while ensuring reliable, predictable delivery aligned with French market standards and minimizing the impact of distance in distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee delivery across multiple projects and clients, ensuring consistency and quality
Coach and supervise Project Managers and delivery leadership teams
Define and enforce delivery governance and quality frameworks
Act as a senior trusted partner for clients and executive steering committees
Manage remote and multi-country delivery models effectively
Contribute to business development, account growth, and client retention

Experience & Skills

10–15 years of experience in IT / Digital / Consulting, with progression to senior leadership roles
Proven experience as Consulting Director, Delivery Director, or Complex Project Director
Strong expertise in multi-project governance and distributed delivery models
Solid background in contract management, SLAs, and financial oversight (P&L, margins)
Experience with French and Swiss clients
Strong leadership, structured communication, and trust-building capabilities

Languages

French : High level / professional bilingual
English and Spanish : Professional proficiency
